Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Reporting to the Senior Loyalty Manager, you will work with the analytics, data science and market research teams to understand the main drivers of revenue and customer retention by identifying trends and delivering insights. This will include developing and monitoring measures of success, designing performance reporting, and feeding into the development of models to understand customer behaviour. You will translate business questions into analytical requirements and project manage the delivery of insights which are actionable and improve revenue and customer engagement.


    • Work with the analytics and data science teams to coordinate insights for the Access programme.
    • Work with the customer analytics and data science teams to understand and improve the levers which promote customer loyalty across the customer lifecycle from lead, to loyal customer.
    • Project manage the delivery of insights, opportunities, plans, and strategies to help solve our problems and achieve business goals.
    • Coordinate/conduct insight (customer, competitor, market, behaviours, and trends) to identify opportunities to improve retention and revenue in the short-term and long-term, shaping the future direction and strategy of the Access programme.
    • Develop customer-led metrics, targets and measure success to measure performance of the Access loyalty programme.
    • Identify gaps in insight and scope future reports, models, and deep dives required to understand our customers and improve revenue and engagement. Ensure the business is maximising the insight generated by insight teams.
    • Prioritise insight and testing roadmaps, and support prioritisation of strategies and product changes.


    • Experience in a consulting role, using insight to set business strategies, or delivering insight through analysis.
    • You will be curios and enjoy questioning and identifying the cause of trends.
    • Experience identifying opportunities, making decisions, and implementing solutions.
    • Experience coordinating the delivery of projects, working with different teams, delegating and holding people accountable for delivery (with and without authority).
    • Excellent collaboration skills and enthusiasm to work across teams to build and share knowledge.
    • Experience presenting to and working with senior team members, and conveying insights to non-technical audiences (data visualisation).
