Tomorrow operates out of offices and showrooms in the world’s five major fashion capitals: London, Milan, Hong Kong, Paris and New York. This role is employed by Tomorrow London Limited.

Who we’re looking for

The role will see the successful candidate join the Business Systems team as a NetSuite administrator. The candidate will report to the Business Systems Manager and will work both alone and as part of a project team.

The role will require the candidate to maintain the NetSuite ERP system, managing updates, implementing improvements and providing general support to users across the business.

What your day to day will look like

  • Administering the NetSuite platform, including managing updates, configurations and issues
  • Managing Employee records, roles & permissions
  • Creating and maintaining KPI’s, dashboards, reports and searches
  • Enabling business transaction requirements, incl
  • Developing, testing, documenting and releasing improvements and solutions within NetSuite per the business needs
  • Supporting finance tasks including AP, AR, GL and fixed assets
  • Technical & general user support, liaising with multiple departments
  • Any other BAU requirements

What do you need to succeed 

  • More than 1 year of experience on NetSuite at an administrator or power-user level
  • Exposure to Financial modules in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Previous technical helpdesk or support role experience
  • Comfort working with dashboards, searches & reports
  • Experience working with data import processes and migration
  • Comfort in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end user training
  • Exposure to implementation process, full or subsidiary
  • Exposure to iPaaS, middleware or direct integrations or integration management
  • Understanding of customisations (records, fields, forms etc.) and automations (workflow, scripting)

  • Detail oriented and curious; able to self-motivate, organise and prioritise
  • Able to balance technical skills with business knowledge to transform user needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; able to communicate with users at all business levels
