Tomorrow supplies over sixty fashion brands to retailers across the globe. This is achieved by wholesaling emerging brands through dedicated showroom platforms including in London, Paris, Milan, and New York. 

Who We’re Looking For

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior Coordinator to join our Operations department in London. 

The role will support the operations team in everyday tasks such as order processing, line sheet uploads and customer management. The ideal candidate will be well organised, open to new challenges and able to action tasks quickly and accurately. We are looking for a proactive and flexible team player with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be joining a small and highly motivated team who pride themselves on providing valuable support to both the sales team and wider business.
 

What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

  • Manage the upload of all new season product information to the system
  • Upload all product imagery to the Sales team’s online selling platform ‘JOOR’
  • Ensure system is maintained accurately with up to date information and price lists
  • Proactively manage daily contact and updates with Sales and the Operation teams as well as with clients and brands
  • Build good working relationships with our brands during seasonal sales campaigns
  • Provide training and onboarding support to brands where needed.
  • Support Sales team during market with ad-hoc admin tasks and queries
  • Managing your own portfolio of brands throughout market.
  • Processing customer orders and seasonal order recaps.
  • Timely send out of order confirmations to clients

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar Operations or Logistics role
  • Well organised
  • Solid competency in the use of Excel
  • Solution focussed - identifying the appropriate support where necessary 
  • Confident to work unsupervised on occasions 
  • Proactive - a self starter 
  • Excellent clear and concise communication skills - written and oral 
  • Ability to take direction and prioritise tasks 
  • Agile - a fast learner
  • Available to travel internationally if necessary
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian
