Tomorrow supplies over sixty fashion brands to retailers across the globe. This is achieved by wholesaling emerging brands through dedicated showroom platforms including in London, Paris, Milan, and New York. 

Who We’re Looking For

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operations department in London. The role will support the operations team in everyday tasks such as purchase order processing and inbound delivery management. The ideal candidate will be well organised, open to new challenges and able to action tasks quickly and accurately. We are looking for a proactive and flexible team player with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be joining a small and highly motivated team who pride themselves on providing valuable support to both the sales team and wider business.

What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

  • Confidently manage your own portfolio of brands
  • Build good working relationship with brands and internal teams
  • Provide training and onboarding support to brands where needed.
  • Timely submission of bulk purchase orders at the end of each sales campaign 
  • Review and mange brand cancellations each season
  • Proactively manage daily contact and updates with Sales and the customer service team and brands
  • Coordinate brand inbound deliveries with the support of our logistics team
  • Reconcile delivery discrepancies where necessary
  • Provide weekly reporting on seasonal inbound deliveries
  • Gain detailed product information and customs requirements from brands each season.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar Operations or Logistics role
  • Well organised 
  • Solid competency in the use of Excel
  • Solution focussed - identifying the appropriate support where necessary 
  • Confident to work unsupervised on occasions 
  • Proactive - a self starter 
  • Excellent clear and concise communication skills - written and oral 
  • Ability to take direction and prioritise tasks 
  • Agile - a fast learner
  • Available to travel internationally if necessary
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian
