Areas of responsibilities:

  • Developing campaigns, briefings, asset- and toolbox-production according to defined strategy and positioning for the defined product categories Wheelgoods and Fashion Collections
  • Coordinate projects within the Team and Go-To-Market department, coordinating requirements for developing campaigns across all categories 
  • Support local campaign roll-out in collaboration with international marketing & sales 
  • Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, social media, implement editorial marketing
  • Be the marketing responsible person for Go-to-market, Trade, Digital, International Marketing
  • Drive campaigns through various communication systems and tools, as the Marketing toolbox, MAM, and others
  • Briefing and coordinating internal and external copywriter and graphic departments
  • Main responsible for keeping internal content system up to date, keeping an eye of usage rights 
  • Taking care of researching relevant sources for content, such as scientific publications, industry media and social media outlets, always in coordination with the Campaign manager 
  • Managing budget responsibilities such as communication budget controlling, setting up purchase orders and following each through to payment
  • Creating market and competitor analysis in collaboration with product marketing


Your profile of qualification:

  • Ideally but no must have - Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business-related fields
  • Several years of relevant work experience as Marketing/Brand/Communication Manager in a brand/consumer centric environment, ideally in fashion and/or lifestyle industry 
  • Strong goal focus and customer orientation paired with the affinity for design
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives
  • Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
  • Analytical with high sense of organization
  • Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects
  • Fluency in Business English & German with strong communication skills
