ZRS - being in an ambitious scale up phase - has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Process Excellence Manager to join our great team. As a Process Excellence Manager, you are responsible for ensuring operational and business excellence across all ZRS processes, from Sales to Operations and everything in between. You are the expert on all aspects of ZRS, and should be the go to person for support and insights on how we can work most effectively. You will work in a consultancy role for our internal stakeholders, offering everything from simpler consultations to taking on full project management and implementation on behalf of your stakeholders.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Identify, drive and ensure continuous improvement across the ZRS business and logistics processes.
  • Conceptualizing and developing optimization projects - taking ownership to identify and develop new offerings & processes from scratch supported by industry benchmarking and your previous experience.
  • Enable rapid growth through scaling and optimization of our processes.
  • Autonomously identify process bottlenecks and the need for improvement while creating and driving the implementation via a roadmap supported with business cases.
  • Being a champion of lean processes within your team and the wider excellence community.
  • Establishing a value adding proposition for internal teams by using your project management & Lean skills to support improvements in their area.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience of working with logistics, fulfillment, CRM transformation, Partner E-2-E journey improvements would be advantageous but not a must.
  • You bring strong experience of transforming business processes, and have developed your skills in identifying improvement areas across the E-2-E Partner journey. You are skilled in BPMN tooling and use it actively in your daily work.
  • Strong experience in process implementation and optimization in a fast-paced environment. You are experienced in turning projects around in a short time-frame. You are able to multitask and work across a number of different topics simultaneously by prioritizing your work.
  • You have an analytical mindset and can transform a problem definition into a business case.
  • Inquisitive and curious, you are always seeking out areas where your experience and skills can make things better. You are active in bringing new project ideas and are in regular contact with your wide range of stakeholders in order to be aware of new opportunities. In your previous experience you have identified a number of green-field topics, and have developed these through to implementation.
  • Great communication skills: professional level English language skills (written & spoken), German is a plus.
  • Team player, who enjoys working with a diverse and open-minded team. You bring your own unique background and set of experiences into the team, and value those of your colleagues
