Project Manager Digital Creation (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Digital Creations team we are looking for a Project Manager Digital Creation (m/f/d) for the next possible date.

What you can expect:

• Define, lead and implement internal and cross-functional projects in the context of the HUGO BOSS Digital Strategy using current project management tools and methods
• You will take responsibility for the creation and implementation of digital creation workflows in all operation teams up to our suppliers
• You act as the central contact person for our stakeholders in the design and development teams
• You derive new process and optimization potentials on the basis of the overarching digitization strategy and, if required, you are responsible for the necessary systemic implementation within the internal IT landscape and with external software partners
• Steering of the overarching change management with derivation of further measures for comprehensive inclusion of the digital creation processes in the relevant operation teams

Your profile:

• You have a degree in economics / business administration or a comparable degree with a textile focus
• You have already gained initial experience in the digital development tools CLO3D and/or Vidya
• You have a broad knowledge of product and design processes in the fashion industry
• You have strong negotiation skills and communicate confidently with all stakeholders
• You enjoy motivating interdisciplinary and international project teams (agile & classic)
• Your way of working is organized, results-oriented and characterized by a high degree of initiative
• Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile
