About the Role

You will be a corporate business strategy expert and operations specialist, who can drive alignment on business priorities for our Franchise, Strategic Alliances and Licensing divisions, which enable long term growth for our Gap Inc brands internationally and domestically.
In this role you will be accountable to develop and execute strategies across multiple disciplines, including transformation of technology, process and operating systems; new retail business models (DTC, DTR, B2B etc); and all transformational change projects.
You will be a key leader in enabling our Gap Inc 2023 power plan and amplifying and growing our Gap Inc brands globally and be responsible for identifying key innovations and assessing opportunities to improve our B2B end-to-end capabilities.
In a highly matrixed organization, it's a must you can ideate and engage various, leaders, stake holders and teams on the functional vision and strategy and gain their buy in and engagement to deliver success.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Alliances leadership team and sustain functional business momentum through operational insights and support

  • Connect and build relationships with Strategic Alliances leadership team, and foster partnerships and alignment that are critical to the success and growth of business

  • Ensure seamless development of LRP, budgets, and compliance with timelines and deliverables in partnership with Strategic Alliances leadership team, Strategy and Finance

  • Facilitate and consolidate BOD/SLT presentation creation and updates, and support the development of consistent, clear strategic and business narratives

  • Support Strategic Alliances Governance processes, including agenda, timelines, deliverables, etc.

  • Streamline and manage business analytics and KPIs dashboard, develop SLT reporting/business update templates and consolidation

  • Analyze business data, monitor, conceptualize business results and summarize for SVP and Strategic Alliances leadership team

  • Support Strategic Alliances End-to-End Transformation, including platform, systems, processes, etc.

  • Execute ad hoc projects and support International & Strategic Alliances function-egion-specific or enterprise related projects

Who You Are

  • 10+ years progressive leadership experiences in strategy, finance, and/or operations in retail sector, preferably in international business or strategic alliances

  • Experiences in leading broad-in-scope and cross-functional impactful projects/initiatives, active interface with senior executives, project management, process and systems building/enhancement

  • Highly analytical with a keen mind, multi-focal intelligence, and acute judgement

  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, in particular to executives and senior leadership

  • Ability to build trust, constructive and effective relationships with high level of integrity and transparency, and influence with data, facts and diplomacy

  • Comfortable with and ability to operate in ambiguity

  • Composure under pressure and demonstration of maturity and humility

  • Adept at prioritization, organization, and planning
