We are now recruiting a Wholesale / Marketplace Operations Coordinator to join the Sales Operations team at our Head Office in Stockholm.

The Role

This is a hands-on roll where you need to be proactive, dedicated, and synergetic across teams.

Tasks includes delivering top-level customer experience and operational excellence.

This is an opportunity for someone interested in a fast-moving environment at a company in expansion. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Filippa K, positive, self-motivated, and ready to learn.

The Wholesale/Marketplace Operations Coordinator reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Back-office support toward Wholesale Team, including order and claim handling
  • Implementation and testing for EDI and Marketplace solutions from a sales perspective
  • Ensure customer and order data in ERP systems to be correct
  • Ensure B2B Ecommerce platform to run smoothly, developing and maintain the platform
  • Training and development for employees in sales tool
  • Support and coordinate samples handling when needed
  • Support Marketplace business in overall operations

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Action oriented mind-set with a “can do “attitude
  • Strong orientation to results and customer satisfaction, willing to develop listening skills and understanding of customer needs
  • Have a strong analytical skill
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude

The experience you’ll bring to the role is:

  • Minimum of 2 years documented experience within digital business.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in ERP system, EDI Portals or similar
  • Professional English (Other language will be a plus)

The position in fulltime and starts with immediate effect.
