JOB DESCRIPTION

As a fast growing company, Aesther Ekme is looking for a Global Wholesale Manager that can lead and overlook our wholesale and e-commerce operations globally, secure seasonal growth and develop partner relations for key accounts. We are looking for a passionate, true team player who shares our core values and acts as a brand ambassador at all times.

 

WHOLESALE

- Build Aesther Ekme’s global distribution strategy, identifying key markets and accounts.

- Secure seasonal growth expectations

- Prospecting and selection of channels, agents or international distributors

- Maintain and develop partner relations

- Analyze internal and external data and define opportunities for growth

- Plan initiatives with key partners and execute to perfection

- Provide brand and collection training to wholesale partners

- Provide showroom excellence and training of the showroom sales team

- Market analysis, product competition, and business practices

- Proposal of merchandising plan based on sales analysis from previous seasons

- Monitoring wholesale clients’ marketing and communication actions related to the brand in their newsletters or social media.

- Monitoring the performance and management of agents and distributors of the brand

- Negotiation of commercial conditions and negotiation of payment conditions within the framework defined by the

management

- Collaborate with external service providers designated by management

 

RETAIL (E-COMMERCE)

- Build e-commerce sales strategy

- Secure seasonal growth expectations

- Responsible for performance, inventory management and customer relationship of the online sales site

- Ensure sales follow-up, communication and marketing operations on the online sales site

 

REPORTING

- Analysis of the sales results of the entire distribution network with a report each season

- B2C sales: monthly (weekly analysis)

- B2B Prospects: activity report every week during campaigns

- Feedback B2B Customers (Sell through, other comments) Every two weeks

- Benchmark competition: monthly

- ROI and analysis of marketing campaigns and post-event commercial activations

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in luxury leather goods industry

- Charismatic communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills

- Strong numerical and analytical skills
