Junior Jersey Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Jersey Designer to join the Hush Design Team.  Working alongside the rest of the jersey team, you will support the Design Team and develop product at every stage of the product life cycle. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing Design Concepts through Inspiration and Research to create a seasonal and on brand aesthetic.
• Having the Ability to translate inspirational ideas into a commercial yet inspiring product.
• Having Strong Market and Trend awareness 
• Working effectively to critical path deadlines.
• Producing detailed tech-packs and liaising with factories confidently
• Liaising with Buying and technical team to arrange fit sessions for first protos
• Actioning wash technique requests, embroidery artworks and print strike-offs
• Participating in fit sessions.

Manage Collection Overviews and other administrative tasks to support the design process, these include

• Amending and updating Cads and Jersey Team Range plans.
• Keeping jersey Boards up-to date 
• Organising samples before and after proto reviews
• Managing the fabric library 
• Organising parcels with relevant couriers 

We Would love to meet some-one with

• 1-4 Years Jersey Design Experience for an aspirational brand or similar online retailer.
• Self-Motivation and Enthusiasm
• Fashion forward & creative ideas
• Excellent communication Skills
• Excellent Photoshop, Adobe & CAD skills
• Experience with Graphic sweats and Tees
