Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead the optimization of SEO strategy at all levels.

About the role

SEO is key for Vestiaire Collective as we act as a service for all teams. Reporting to the Global Head of SEO and working with various teams ( Marketing, Onsite, Supply, Engineering, Product, ...) , your mission is to implement, analyze and optimize the best SEO strategy for Vestiaire Collective.

What you'll be doing
  • Auditing
    • Audit website structure (Angular/react with SSR + Dynamic rendering)
    • Study and opportunities on Ranking
    • Perform a benchmark of the competition (technological, Ranking, Share of Voice ...)
    • Acting as PM with Dedicated SEO tech team + Global Product roadmap supervision if needed
  • Implement the SEO strategy:
    • Identify and prioritize relevant action:
      • Taxonomy improvement, category trees updates, deduplication's optimization
      • Ensure SEO content Production is on track and relevant
    • Consulting and proactivity on the technical evolution on our platform
      • Follow SEO and Product optimizations (mesh, markup, architecture, semantics, technical) through close collaboration with the Product and Tech team
    • Share and advice on international expansionOversee backlink strategy with PR and toxicity Monitoring
    • Recommend a win-win strategy for SEA and SEO
  • SEO as a Service
    • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners (Marketing, Business, Onsite, Supply, Engineering, UX, tech, and Product) to implement SEO best practices, and leverage cross-functional insights in planning and program developments
    • Provide support to technical stakeholders to ensure new site features and/or content adheres to SEO best practices (PDP, PCP, Homepage, CMS,etc.)
    • Work with Business/marketing/onsite to promote key commercial events
    • Collaborate with Regions to develop SEO stream
    • Conduct workshops with Product & IT stakeholders to review action who can either impact, kill or benefit SEO
    • Provide internal training, specifications, or support (educate) to spread our SEO Strategy and awareness through all departments
  • Monitoring
    • Monitor Hard and Softs KPIs related to SEO and beyond.
    • Analysis and reporting of SEO performance but also of Business performance through the implementation of relevant KPIs (Weekly/monthly Reports)
    • Projection and ROI oriented
    • Automation on Reporting (SQL, Python, Snowflake)
  • Seamless Optimization
    • Carry out a regular and in-depth watch of last month's actions
    • Adjust and optimize the actions implemented
      • Conduct SEO experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) to evaluate their effectiveness
      • Evaluate site crawlability, recommending opportunities
    • Monitoring the latest SEO developments, algorithm changes, new products, and news (ex: Google's Core Web Vitals)

Who you are
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, with past experiences in SEO for E-Commerce websites.
  • Insane Curiosity, you always want to be part of the new project, as long as its SEO related
  • Knowledge of Google analytics, SQL, Python
  • Strong SEO technical background on HTML, JS, SSR/CSR and Dynamic Rendering (SEO Edge is a plus)
  • Expertise in tools and analysis, Google Search Console, Semrush, Botify, Ranking tools integration (API)
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and find actionable insights to boost growth
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum Process
  • Excellent organization and communication/facilitation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to effectively present ideas and communicate with senior leadership
  • Ability to work on all Search Engine (Google, Baidu, Xandex, Naver,...) depending on their Local market share
  • Management is a plus
