The Team
The Marketing Department is consumer driven and value led, focused on delivering impact and incremental profits for the corporation. The team adds value by smart, scalable, consumer centric initiatives, while leveraging data and insights to validate our approach.

The team's scope is global, with expertise in all markets, regions and across all channels. All aspects of the brand experience from positioning to look and feel to voice are driven by the department. Always keeping the consumer at the center of decision making allows us to make faster and more effective decisions.

The TH Marketing & Communications Department has 3 key objectives:
  • Increase profitable sales and improve brand health
  • Ensure the brand purpose and positioning is thread through all aspects of the brand
  • Make the brand a first mover in pop culture

The newly formed EU Regional Brand Activation & Go-to-Market team serves as a hub to drive EU regional strategy, adding value to how we make measurable impact in local markets.

The Position
This team member will be part of the Regional Brand Activation team. The Brand Activation team will be the voice of the markets' and their needs in order to deliver impact in the region. The goal is to drive regional performance (brand consideration, traffic, opt-ins) through the creation of clear local marketing strategies and channel activations with clear measurement of results. The team determines the marketing investment, channel activation and consumer programs based on the consumer and business landscape provided by the Go-to market team. The ideal candidate should understand the annual business goals and marketing objectives and the role that Brand Channel Activation plays in this. You will be reporting into the SR Marketing Manager Brand Activation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on local markets' annual and seasonal strategies, to ensure they are holistic (consumer-first) and ladder up to regional marketing priorities and global brand priorities
  • Partner with GTM team to generate insights on markets and co-shape market plans
  • Lead holistic programs cross-functionally for retail owned & operated channel (full price & outlet) and wholesale, ensuring key consumer touchpoints are optimized and results are measured.
  • Share best practices with other markets on an ongoing basis to drive success in the region.
  • Be the main POC for designated markets for local marketing briefs and ensure they would deliver against the EU regional needs and priorities
  • Continue to develop and improve the B2B tools, to ensure we support and deliver all our retail partners with the appropriate tools to best showcase the brand in store and
  • Support in developing and implement efficiencies within the Region and markets to make greater impact in the Region (commercial, relationship management)
  • Cultivate relationships with local marketing teams and internal stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years working experience in fashion or luxury industry
  • At the minimum a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Strong proven project management skills + track record
  • Demonstrated success in driving projects from concept to implementation and measurement of results, in close partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and self-starter to improve efficiencies and processes.
  • Experience in EU markets, other languages a plus
  • Experience in (EU) retail & wholesale marketing
  • Collaborative; able to liaise closely across different levels of the organization
  • Pro-active and hands-on and independent
  • Creative, open minded and resourceful
  • Strong aesthetic eye and taste level
