About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Analyst to successfully oversee and support the Payables accounting functions. In this role, you'll lead a team that supports the accounting and operational Payables processes. As a leaders, you will develop, train and motivate your team to support company initiatives. You'll collaborate, influence, and strategize with cross-functional partners to support payables and month end close requirements. This role is critical to the success of our team so we're looking for an individual who is self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, experienced with leading, has a history of creating process improvements and has strong desktop and technical skills.

Supportand led payables month end close process, which includesforecasting, journal entries, subledgers and process hand offs between teams.

What You'll Do

Provide expertise and support for strategic changes in the following areas:
- Oracle SaaS implementation
- Provide accounting, and operational support to Payables andReconciliation teams. Support will include the following
- Design, develop, implement and train required process changes.
- Create and document accounting policies.

Who You Are
- Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information that drive results and process improvements.
- Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions that identify trends and root causes.
- Accounting experience that includes month end close, journal entryeview, subledger creation, control design/oversight, policy design and external audit support.
- Advanced data management skills that include the following:
- Excel skillset includes the use of filters, Vlookups, Sum if, If/then, pivot tables, macros, concatenate, and statistical formulas and functions.
- Access experiences includes query design, data management, data presentation, and use of the formula builder functions.
- Able to quickly build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
