The Role:

Costarellos is seeking a Marketing Manager. This role executes strategy and optimization of media for all channels. This person will be responsible for streamlining cross channel communication cohesively and will be key to the success of the Digital team, by shaping the brand’s virtual image, launching new collections and streamlining communication and maximize DTC sales. 

This position requires a high skill level in digital marketing with a core interest in fashion and an eagerness to contribute to a growing team with high ambitions. This person will be responsible for performance of core marketing channels: Direct, Email, Organic Search, Organic Social, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display.  Additional responsibilities will include building brand awareness in potential markets to expand B2B opportunities.

The role is within a fast-paced environment and requires high organization & management skills, as well as multitasking ability.  Responsibilities also include scheduling and planning resources to organize the tracking of content and timely rollout of campaigns. 


  • Put to action strategic marketing initiatives to gain new customers, increase order frequency, build brand loyalty and maximize DTC sales.
  • Manage & organize marketing calendar with new collection launches, promotions etc.
  • Create & implement marketing campaigns & roll-out strategies
  • Track & analyze marketing performance with weekly recaps & quarterly business reviews.
  • Maximize Affiliate channel by increasing recruitment and collaborations
  • Liaise with B2B teams for marketing collaborations.
  • Strategize for upcoming content and editorial needs.
  • Partner with E-commerce on user experience optimizations and marketing opportunities
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesive messaging (Operations, Creative, Retail, Buying, Production).
  • Regularly test audience behavior to gather insights
  • Develop brand awareness strategies and customer acquisition campaigns.


  • Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience and a proven track record of growing audiences and driving revenue
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree
  • Luxury or fashion experience requires
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media
  • Bringing creative ideas to the team daily
  • Ability to effortlessly transition from DTC and B2B marketing efforts
  • Experience managing and growing the Email channel
  • Comfortable analyzing data and reacting to optimize performance
  • Attention to detail in content control to remain aligned with the brand’s image & standards
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Insights
  • Ability to thoughtfully prioritize tasks to efficiently meet deadlines
