JOB SUMMARY

Work closely with the Licensing team, licensees, and cross-functional partners to support the management of the licensed categories including financial tracking and reporting, distribution, merchandising, product development & design process, creative services, and Tory Burch retail channel sales.

Ensure consistent execution of brand strategy across all licensed categories to present a seamless brand experience to the consumer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales/Reporting/Marketing:
  • Monitor sales and royalties; track financial performance, compile related reports
  • Collect and analyze monthly/quarterly sales reports and data, prepare business updates and findings to inform future strategy.
  • Proactive ownership and maintenance of detailed domestic and international door matrices and distribution records.
  • Preparation of licensee sales info and key takeaways for meetings.


Product Development Support:
  • Support the Licensing team with planning & developing product strategy tomaximizesales plans across all channels of business. Help to oversee product and creative development for licensed categories.
  • Evaluate reported data and perform competitive industry analysis for product opportunities.
  • Coordinate all creative and PD meetings and follow up on outstanding points.
  • Document all creative development - sketches, line sheets, product images, boards, approvals, within shared network folders
  • Attend and assist in documenting design meetings, following up on immediate needs.
  • Maintain licensing department sample inventory; facilitate and track sample use across all teams.


Cross-Functional Team Follow-up:
  • Day-to-day collaboration with licensees PD/design and internal cross-functional departments to ensure execution of projects and initiatives. Documentation of project status and follow-up of next steps.
  • Maintain libraries for Marketing collateral: In-store visuals, Trade advertising, Fixturing, Acct approvals, Premiums, Showrooms
  • Support product knowledge with DTC, creative services, and customer service. Be able to answer category-related questions.
  • Help coordinate with Tory Burch global retail team on product feedback, strategy, opportunities, and buys - follow up to ensure implementation of top-line strategies.
  • Facilitate all sample requests for marketing, PR, showroom, and other needs with help from assistant


Project Oversight:
  • Manage creative/product development calendar with key dates, activities, and deadlines.
  • Oversee timely product style data creation and maintenance into various systems with help of assistant
  • Maintain design/PD/creative department records and library.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate brand standards and keep library.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and help with meeting preparation as required.


EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA degree
  • 4-6 years experience - experience in Licensing, Merchandising, or Brand Management a plus
  • Excellent product sensibility and market awareness
  • Strong sales analysis and reporting skills a must
  • Self-starter and team player -a strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast, complex environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel, and intuitive PowerPoint, Word, Adobe skills
