The Team

The Omnichannel Development, Finance & Business Operations department formalizes the omnichannel strategy, drives the development of associated business processes & consumer services as well as leading their operational implementation. The department is also in charge of evaluating the business and financial performance of the omnichannel business.

Within the department, the Omnichannel Strategy team supports the management team to design, formalize and drive the business strategy across the different channels and departments of the Omnichannel Hub in order to enable growth now and in the long-term. The team researches and reports about consumer and market trends to provide a deep understanding of the business environment to decision makers and stakeholders. The Omnichannel Strategy team supports the management team to articulate the direct to consumer strategy as well as specific channel strategies, translates those into key pillars and scopes initiatives to be driven by the different channels and departments.

The team participates in ensuring the business priorities are aligned across all stakeholders, by formalizing the overall roadmap of initiatives and communicating regularly on key priorities. The Omnichannel Strategy team acts as PMO of large transformation programs to ensure progress are achieved in fast pace. Finally, the team also supports the management team to evaluate the business opportunity of new initiatives via in depth research and analysis.

Being a privileged partner of the Management team, the Strategy team is also supporting the business transformation by designing effective change management approach to ensure all stakeholders are part of the journey. The Strategy team supports all departments and channels, also partnering with the Market leaders and aims at fostering cohesion and collaboration with and among them. The Position

As a Senior Specialist - Omnichannel Strategy reports into the Senior Manager Omnichannel Strategy and is responsible for leading & delivering strategic initiatives within PVH Omnichannel, with a particular focus on PVH Retail led initiatives and PVH Omnichannel Operating Model initiatives (e.g. Planning, Merchandising & Pricing). You will also support the Senior Manager to drive the overall strategic planning process within Omnichannel Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with strategic & transformational projects; leading the planning, execution coordination & controlling of projects
  • Co-Lead the problem solving process (with Senior Manager & business experts): manage the structuring of issues, the running of analyses, and the development of actionable recommendations for the business
  • Ensure effective management & monitoring of PVH Retail Priorities, and improvements in framework, and manage (senior) stakeholders to ensure that strategic priorities are smoothly implemented and embedded within the organization
  • Gather, process and socialize market and consumer insights with the Management team and wider business to support development of consumer centric mindset and data oriented decision making
  • Support with the development of key strategic and business presentations for top management

The position will need to forge strong partnerships & collaboration, display autonomous stakeholder management & change mgmt. approach, and have a strategic view of PVH Priorities and Financial Processes.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Educational requirements: University or business school degree or equivalent, with an economic /business /project management or consulting focus
  • Approximately 3-6 years' relevant experience in management consulting, and/or Corporate Strategy teams
  • Experience both in strategy and project/change management with a track record of driving cross-functional, high change impact programs and strategies
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and with very senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding people and relationship skills; and ability to interact with different levels of a multi-cultural, international organization
  • Ability to deal with a new and wide variety of topics
  • Open, charismatic and winning personality to be able to handle various stakeholders across the organization and to communicate successfully with stakeholders across levels and cultures
