The Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein B2B websites were launched back in 2017 following the global roll-out of Digital Showrooms. This online self-service experience is designed to be a sustainable option, improving speed to market and operational efficiencies for PVH brands.

The Position

The Senior Manager B2B E-Commerce Commerce is driving the commercialization and optimization of the PVH B2B E-Commerce platform. In this role your responsibility is to define a challenging yet achievable B2B E-Commerce strategy that supports sustainable growth of the B2B webshops in line with the organizational objectives. You engage and energize your team and stakeholders to achieve your goals, together.

The B2B E-Commerce Growth Manager reports into the Director B2B E-Commerce and leads a team of four specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the B2B E-Commerce commercial growth strategy to support our digital selling objectives. taking PVH company strategy into account, spar and align with the B2B Ecommerce Director on this topic
  • Drive the commercial growth strategy of the B2B E-Commerce webshops (Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger) and engage stakeholders to deliver on your strategy.
  • Influence key-metrics to support sustainable growth.
  • Establish a culture of data-driven commerce to accelerate continuous improvement.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize the right initiatives and explore new opportunities for future growth.
  • Be obsessed with the user and constantly aim to optimize the cycle of acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation of users. Closely collaborate with the product manager and operations specialist in the team to drive developments needed to realize the growth opportunities you have identified
  • Closely collaborate with the wider digital product team to understand the vision for digital selling ; align and share knowledge.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You bring 5 to 7 years of working experience, of which at minimum 2 years in a commercial role
  • Experience in leading high performing teams
  • Understanding of and experience with with large e-commerce sites and/or in commercial retail landscape
  • An analytical mindset with knowledge of (commercial) management dashboards, tooling and key KPI's to support your growth objectives.
  • Experience presenting in different layers of the organization
  • Hands-on, result-oriented and structured.
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and able to perform in a pressured work environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent social skills
  • Stellar stakeholder management skills
  • A can-do mentality with a strong focused on continuous development of yourself and your team
