OVERVIEW:


The North American Brand team sits at the core of everything the brand marketing team does. This team is responsible for leading the strategy, integrated planning, and cross-functional marketing process all with the goal of growing awareness of, affinity for and demand of Gymshark brand and products. As a dedicated Project Manager to the North American Brand team, you will be embedded in the department with a goal to ensure brand campaigns, projects, and deliverables are organized and on-time.

This individual will need to be an extremely organized professional who prides themselves on being a positive, unbiased, and confident team player with excellent attention to detail. Communication, consistency, and collaboration are key pillars of this role.

When managing projects, you will be expected to be adaptable and reactive, with a focus on week-to-week workload. You will be transparent with all teams, managing expectations and ensuring all campaign assets are delivered on time.

Please note while we are currently offering a hybrid work model, all candidates must be either Denver based, or willing to relocate to Denver, CO. 100% Remote work is not available for this role. You must also be legally able to work in the United States. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Oversee all Brand Campaign KPIs and milestones ensuring we are working towards a common goal
  • Responsible for managing time, cost and scope of all projects
  • Ensure all projects hit key milestones
  • Manage risks and RAG reports, with the aim to keep all projects in "Green" status with risks resolved and contingency plans in place
  • Coordinate and prioritize resource across all projects
  • Ensure all GTM teams are aligned on project status and updates
  • Establish clear, up to date resource plan for the entire project, working closely with wider GTM Managers on resource requirements
  • Ability to be agile and reactive when required, while still ensuring key sign offs are followed, recognizing when "off-process" projects are needed to meet targets and supporting the team on executing these
  • Support team on thorough project reports, upskilling and constantly improving
  • Sign off briefs and concepts in LAB ensuring Creative meets every Project Brief and that briefs are always to the highest industry standard
  • Management of Campaign & Creative holidays and resource clashes
  • Work closely with the team to enhance productivity and efficiencies on all campaigns
  • Problem solve to deal with unexpected issues to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the correct process
  • Ensure all campaign budgets are transparent, up to date and on track
  • Maintain strong relationships with GTM teams and other Managers, working regularly with other Managers to ensure full transparency on all campaigns
  • Constant collaboration, feedback, and communication with the GTM Operations side of the team
  • Ensure all teams are up to date on campaigns, presenting updates to the wider business when required
  • Encourage trust and safety in the provision of ideas
  • Communicate strategy and plans clearly
  • Be vocal and decisive in meetings to keep teams and projects on track

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 7-10 years' experience in Project Management/Account Management/Campaign Management
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with data to make decisions
  • Experience in managing a team, setting KPIs and development plans
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience working to or monitoring budgets
  • Knowledge of campaign processes/operational changes
  • Capable of creating and working to Critical Paths/Gantt charts, managing risks and contingency planning
  • Ability to assert deadlines and motivate a team to keep on track with a project
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience working with Brand, Tech, Product, IRL & Marketing teams is preferred
  • Experience with process mapping and implementing improvements is preferable but not essential

This role has a salary range between $87,300-$103,000 annually depending on experience.
