Finance Assistant

We are currently looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to our Finance department. As an Finance Assistant, you will maintain up-to-date and accurate records of daily transactions, mainly focused on e-commerce, but also accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also perform general office duties within the finance department, such as handling mail, filing correspondence and typing reports.

This is a part time position and we are looking for someone with the ability to work 10 – 15 hours per week, ideally a student with 1,5-2 years left until graduation.

The position will be based at Acne Studios’ headquarters in Stockholm.

Your job will include:

• Book e-commerce payments in all our companies/countries.
• Handle and investigate in discrepancies that will occur from the e-commerce bookings.
• Administrate supplier invoices including payments, handling reminders and so on.  
• Handle questions from Acne employees and suppliers on both email and phone.

 We are looking for someone who is:

• Organized and structured with strong administrative skills.
• Service-minded and has outstanding communication skills.
• Driven and accountable - works independently and efficiently to complete tasks.
• Attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, additional language skill is a merit.
• Experience from the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX and payment partner Adyen is a merit as well as previous retail and/or e-commerce experience.
