Senior SEM Manager/SEA Manager

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior SEM/SEA Manager to join the team in Paris

About the role

Reporting to our Global Head of SEM (based in Paris) you will help Vestiaire improve our SEM strategy and grow the European market, working closely with the marketing team for the region. Your main mission is to operate and grow SEM Acquisition for the region, and on all types of channels (Textual, DSA, Shopping). You will be part of the Global SEM team (6 people) and managing a Junior SEM Manager.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and optimizing campaigns (DSA, Textual, Shopping) to meet spends and ROI goals
• Managing a seven figure SEM budget for Europe
• Handling of day to day execution and monitoring of the region's performance across text and shopping campaigns
• Working closely with the Global team and region counterparts
• Running with the team to improve performance, measuring and reporting of performance regularly
• Developing a media plan and providing propositions to grow the business and performance from an SEM perspective
• Managing a junior SEM Manager

Who you are

• You have at least 3 years experience in SEM/Pay-per-click campaigns (PPC), with at least 2 years experience on Shopping campaigns
• You are used to working in an international environment using English as working language
• You are a passionate about Google Ads (bid strategies hold no secret for you)
• You are familiar with Google Analytics and Merchant Center
• You have good communications skills
• You have an Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to grow business
• Experience in eCommerce is a strong plus
