Scope:

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, he/she will have an overall responsibility for all the Italian Offices' and Stores' infrastructure assets. He/she will ensure business continuity across all elements of foundational infrastructure (Cloud Infrastructure, Single Sign On, Active Directory, Networks, Wireless, VOIP etc.) and cover level 1, 2 and 3 of Infrastructure troubleshooting and application support. This position is a hands-on subject matter expert executing and support of Stella McCartney Italia's infrastructure solutions particularly with regarding to the Microsoft elements as well as current infrastructure.

Main responsibilities:

- Be the single point of contact and responsible for the overall management and needs of Stella McCartney Italia's infrastructure assets. This includes the responsibility for the technical architecture of the infrastructure capability (in-house and managed service), design and architecture of the networks and hosting;

- Support the design, development, and quality assurance for Stella McCartney Italia's infrastructure platforms;

- Guarantee the stable operation of Stella McCartney Italia's infrastructure that enable our operational business, ensuring that every possible service impact is minimized and agreed;

- Take ownership to log, process and resolve issues through the helpdesk and issue tracking systems, working with other internal team members or third-party to resolve root cause of escalated operational problems in a timely manner;

- Be responsible for the devices' management (order, preparation, delivery, pick up);

- Support large infrastructure projects during the transition away from existing systems;

- Share and realize the strategy defined by the Manager;

- Support managing SMC Active Directory (SD-WAN Network, Wireless Network, SMC VOIP, SMC SSO);

- Be responsible for Italy of the ongoing management of data Integration from various systems (Stealth, Microsoft o365, Unified Communications, Databases).

- Provide an expert and autonomous service to manage external vendors, driving delivery of unique local solutions, on behalf of the Stella McCartney IT team;

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of similar experience acquired in the fashion industry;
  • Technical Studies in IT with a focus on Computer Science;
  • Good technical knowledge on Azure, Hyper V, O365;
  • Good knowledge of POS systems, preferably Retail Pro or Oracle X-Store;
  • Attitude to teamwork, problem solving, trouble-shooting of recursive incidents;
  • Drive for results and ability to work under pressure and independently;
  • Willing to travel;
  • Excellent English and Italian (both written and spoken).
