Job Description

  • Analyzes and prepares sales performance data by account and style.
  • Proactively responds to shifts in sales performance and quickly identifies solutions, ensuring all sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Drive sales and new business to reach and exceed sales targets, focusing on growing "brand right" strategic accounts.
  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute store-by-store strategy to drive sell-in, sell-thru, and new business relationships.

  • Review, support, and boost sales performance at the retail level by conducting regular visits to all specialty stores and Dept. Stores prioritizing as needed.
  • Identifies performance trends, commercial opportunities and threats, and inventory risks.
  • Monitor and report on progress towards achievement of plans and strategies.
  • Partners with Customer Service and Finance to ensure timely shipping of product.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients.
  • Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the company.

Essential Skills:
  • 3+ years similar experience selling male &/or female apparel
  • Experience leading product seminars; strong public speaking skills; ability to motivate and persuade
  • Ability to drive the business, increase sales, and own a business
  • Willing to travel to Paris
  • Strong knowledge of the wholesale market and competitors
