Global eCommerce is the heart of all eCommerce activities at HUGO BOSS AG. With the claim "Best in Class" we offer an inspiring and customer-oriented eCommerce shopping experience. Are you enthusiastic about eCommerce marketing campaigns and do you enjoy optimising user journey/experience of omnichannel experiences? To strengthen our Global eCommerce Marketing Team we are looking for a Manager Global eCommerce Brand & Customer Experience (m/f/d).

What you can expect:
  • Support eCommerce marketing campaign definitions and product stories to deliver increased customer engagement and revenue
  • Partnering with business areas to obtain alignment and input for eCommerce marketing activities
  • Assist with forward planning to optimise digital marketing and improve user journey/experience of omnichannel experiences
  • Create as well as collate insights to improve planning and understanding of our online marketplaces, the regional and audience nuances and user requirements
  • Continually optimising our content on the basis of insight, to ensure we are always refining our approach to make it more targeted and relevant for our audience
  • Support stakeholder management to create influence business areas to deliver effective eCommerce marketing: assets/ customer narratives and campaigns
  • Support recommendations to eCommerce stakeholders on impact and effectiveness ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice across channels


Your profile:
  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • More than 5 years of experience in eCommerce/retail industry
  • Familiar with SAP, UX/UI and product development cycle
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • High analytical skills - able to understand and draw conclusions from data
  • Organizational skills, good time management and clear and concise communication
  • High sense of responsibility as well as distinct sociability and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Fashion market and competitive landscape
