Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Trade Marketing Assistant to join our Head Office in London, ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about working in luxury fashion. This role involves assisting on all full price and outlet Retail Marketing plans for Paul Smith across UK/EU/US and ROW territories, to ensure these are delivered effectively. Working closely with Digital and Ecommerce teams on coordinating key launches and brand moments in line with the global communications calendar. Assisting with the day-to-day communication with all retail partners, delivering seasonal updates / assets and coordinating requests. 

This role will offer a hybrid way of working flexibly, both in the office and working from home after the initial induction period. 

Responsibilities:
•    Assisting in the development of seasonal marketing plans for Paul Smith Retail across full price and outlet globally. 
•    Work with the Trade Marketing Manager to build out the localised view on local communications, adapting to changing conditions and ensuring digital/website is aligned with the latest updates and leading on retail specific projects 
•    To work closely with Retail Operations, Digital and Ecommerce teams to ensure all offline services and shop updates are displayed and communicated effectively online.
•    Assist on the creation of all deliverables (postcards, seasonal cards, shop opening announcements, events and exhibition) for retail. Maximise visibility and return on investment through integration with all media (press, digital, word of mouth).
•    Work with the Graphics Department to ensure print materials are on brand, on budget and to deadline.
•    Work with the Visual Merchandising team to define the in-store customer journey leading to conversion, using all retail touchpoints (including windows, POS and briefing store staff with training).
•    Support on Google Business reporting, working with Digital and Ecommerce teams to implement any changes and sending regular updates and insights to the wider business. 
•    To provide support to the Trade Marketing Manager with all administration tasks.

Essential Experience and Skills Required: 
•    Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to operate both a Mac and PC.
•    Previous experience working in Marketing within a fashion or distribution company. 
•    Experience of a variety of administration duties in a busy office environment.
