As the Faherty’s HQ Office Lead, you will champion the company's core values, ensure a great visitor and employee experience, and set the tone of our office environment. You will facilitate the administrative functions of the office and will work closely with the People Team to ensure the office is a place our team members are excited to come into on a daily basis. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations. This includes welcoming all visitors and notifying HQ Partners of their arrival, receiving and distributing mail and packages, and assisting with booking requests.

  • Ensure conference rooms and communal areas are always intact, ready for use, and fully stocked with necessities. 

  • Work with office-related vendors to ensure they are in good standing with our building.

  • Track and order all office inventory, including office supplies, snacks, beverages, and recreational supplies. 

  • Collaborate with and support the People Team with executing coordinating company events. 

  • Partner with the People Team to coordinate the on-site candidate experience during on-site interviews. 

  • Support the People Team with new hire onboarding experience. This includes new hire supplies and equipment, packaging of new hire swag, and workspace set up prior to their arrival. 

  • Manage the Supply and IT closets, our building engine, and envoy platform. 

  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary PPE supplies and support enforcement of office policies and mandates to keep team and office safe.

  • Be an office and Faherty Brand champion! 

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm 

 

Must have qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated customer facing experience and is energized by people interaction

  • Exceptional customer service skills and enthusiastic about making a positive experience for all who enter or encounter Faherty Brand 

  • Able to build strong relationships among team members, external partners and Founders

  • Must be able to communicate effectively and often across the company

  • Able to work with a high degree of self direction and flexibility, especially with taking initiative, prioritizing and problem solving

  • Able to exercise sound judgment while balancing the needs of the company and people

  • Does not shy away from getting your hands dirty - you don’t see any job too big or small 

  • Highly motivated, energized attitude that inspires others to seek higher levels of performance
