As a West Coast PR & Celebrity Coordinator for Zegna, based in Los Angeles and reporting into the Director of Celebrity & VIP Relations, this coordinator position plays a vital role within the Marketing & Communications team by contributing to all the VIP, Influencers and Celebrity Relations.

Supporting the brand vision; dressing and product placement opportunities, digital content and press for Zegna in North America. The ideal candidate is curious about the industry, passionate and willing to work hard to learn and grow.

VIP, Influencer & Celebrity Relations
  • Assist in the building and execution of all VIP activity including ongoing product and social placements, Milan Fashion Week, event appearances, Red Carpet Dressing & Key Awards season moments
  • Arrange MTM fittings & coordinate sample requests for all celeb opportunities (red carpet, editorial, film etc.) in-store and off-site
  • Circulate VIP dressing releases & compile weekly detailed celebrity dressing press report
  • Stay on top of up-and-coming talent and news & share internally
  • Manage all social posts from any talent to ensure that the posts are logged, liked and responded to, together with the global team through corporate @ZegnaOfficial channels.
  • Conduct talent outreach to continue to build relationships with celebrities and their talent representatives
  • Support Regional Marketing team on local events
  • Support HQ on international events as required

PR Digital Content Creation/Dissemination
  • Create content to disseminate for global social media
  • Purchase social media rights for celebrity images
  • Distribute images to Milan digital team to post on Zegna social media channels
  • Distribute images to top wholesale accounts to post on Zegna social media channels
  • Order seasonal LA sample collection
  • Process sample inventory transfers to NY and Milan
  • Manage all West Coast samples

Public Relations and Editorial
  • Maximize PR opportunities across West Coast regional publications/leverage VIP content
  • Manage US and International requests for VIP photo shoots in LA; attend as required
  • Select and ship looks in all size ranges for non-sample size talent to support NY office needs

  • Minimum of 1-year related experience or internship experience in celebrity / PR coordination
  • Autonomous, self- starter with curiosity to learn & grow
  • Passion for talent, VIP, Celebrity & Influencer Relations
  • Developing network of stylist & assistant stylist relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills & a genuine interest in the fashion industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task on many different projects required
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook-Adobe, Launchmetrics, media tracking services like DMR, Meltwater, Burrelles, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills
  • Very detail-oriented, highly organized, service-oriented, deadline-oriented
