Junior Online Marketing Manager - Affiliate Marketing (f/m/d)

Responsible for national and international performance marketing channels, the team uses analysis and optimization tools to ensure the Mytheresa message is heard far and wide. From Google Analytics to display and email marketing, this team is all about driving traffic to our site. Knowledge of SEO, SEA, affiliate and KPI management, as well as analytical, technical and marketing skills makes this team an extremely diverse and valued part of the business.

To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Junior Online Marketing Manager - Affiliate Marketing (f/m/d) based in our office in Munich.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistance in coordination, optimization and performance evaluation of our international Affiliate campaigns, partner cooperations and promotions

• Ongoing market and key account monitoring

• Extensive reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis and deduction of learnings and actions from it

• Direct collaboration with affiliate networks and affiliate program maintenance e.g. introduction of new assets and communication material cross-team

• Global potential analyses, acquisition, onboarding and development of new publishers

• Support of an international publisher base in more than 10 markets (US, UK, APAC, EU)

• Become part of the Performance Marketing team and work closely within the department, as well as cross-departments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Academic degree in economics/engineering/mathematics or comparable education

• Online Marketing knowledge, ideally first experiences in performance marketing

• High internet affinity and interest in global online/ mobile /ecommerce trends

• Good MS-Excel skills - knowledge of SQL language is a plus

• Interested in the business side of fashion content and technical side of online marketing technologies

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
