Job Overview:
The Associate Creative Director is the key driver for managing and delivering effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative design for print and digital campaigns, including, email promotional assets, and templates, social media graphics, animation, banner ads, and packaging. This role requires creative direction and implementation while closely collaborating with cross-functional partners for both print and digital platforms, and requires a high level of creativity and resourcefulness with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:
- Manage a team Art Directors and Designers, that function as in house agency by developing brand style guides, seasonal campaigns and print and digital assets across editorial and sale
- Acts as lead in concept development, design, presentations and production of campaign collateral
- Ensures cohesive branding by developing visual standards and enforcing the use of templates and best practices
- Partners and collaborates with internal and external teams to understand business objectives and create compelling solution based creative that drives the brand strategy
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
- 5+ years related experience
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
- Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
