Job Overview:

This role will provide strategic and tactical support across a variety of key business initiatives. This individual will be empowered and expected to work cross-functionally to drive forward the COM business through its various touchpoints, translating strategy into results. This person will be responsible for understanding nuances of the digital business - from performance updates to special projects - partnering with different segments of the business to drive processes and strategies that yield results.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze digital KPIs to generate and communicate key insights on the state of the COM business to CRG and its respective partners
  • Scope and oversee high-priority digital initiatives end-to-end from ideation to proof of concept to execution phase
  • Partner and liaise with stakeholders (MCOM, Site Merch, Analytics, Marketing, Merchants) to drive cross-functional results through disseminating the flow of key insights and translating the cross-organizational impact of various initiatives and performance changes
  • Proactively identify solutions to front and back-end business problems as well as strategies to address growth and development opportunities across digital touchpoints
  • Pioneer and pilot test-and-learn concepts that drive top line through developing new ideas, articulating business cases, engineering action plans, and galvanizing stakeholder alignment and engagement
  • Research and benchmark the competitive landscape, making strategic recommendations based on industry insights, trends, and opportunities
  • Conduct deep dives and ad-hoc business analyses with next step recommendations for VP, Digital
  • Occasionally, support CRG leadership with material creation for larger meetings including Functional Strategies, All Hands content, BCOM content for MCOM board meetings

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • At least 4 years of work experience with demonstration of strong business acumen as well as comprehension and interest in e-commerce and strategy
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, data analytics, and digital technologies is preferred
  • Previous strategy and operations experience are a plus

Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, inference, and analytical capabilities with a keen ability to generate actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Self-starter, confident, and comfortable managing and proactively communicating across various large-scale, inter-departmental priorities
  • Demonstrates strong cross-functional leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, be a team player, and interface effectively across pyramids
  • Ability to work independently and agilely in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept in Microsoft Office and project management
