The Position

In this new and exciting role, you will responsible for optimizing the eCommerce processes from a trading perspective (End-to-end), driving the adoption of new ways of working, and supporting the change into a data continuous improvement mindset across the Tommy and CK teams.

The Continuous Improvement Manager reports directly to the team's leader and provides an interesting career opportunity for Consultants or Process Optimization Experts with an ambition to transition into the fashion and apparel industry, and for fashion industry professionals that have a deep understanding in trading that would like to couple this expertise with functional process optimization and cross-functional project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map current ways of working, identify process optimization opportunities, build improvement strategies and drive implementation across the trading landscape.
  • Collect and structure optimization ideas throughout the organization, considering all key stakeholders involved.
  • Investigate gaps, issues, and pain points in current business processes, translating them into improvements initiatives.
  • Drive the process alignment and optimization initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
  • Establishes norms and standards, eliminates inefficiencies in the workflows. Build and implement a RACI across the eCommerce trading team.
  • Setting up a well-structured cross-functional project plan with a clear roadmap, outlining all roles and responsibilities across team members.
  • Manage cross-functional projects - involving the broad group of functional stakeholders
  • Create clear communication materials based on the new processes and ways of working (e.g., process maps with the roles of different functions, action plans for next steps, etc.)
  • Maintain the process library in Confluence, adapt changes (e.g. ways of working, people, etc.)
  • Acts as a catalyst for creating a continuous improvement culture within PVH, driving best practices across teams

The Ideal Candidate:
  • You bring +4 years of experience as a Process Optimization Manager working within a large organization
  • Proven track record in detailed process mapping, optimizing processes and driving change across a large team, within the eCommerce (or digital) landscape.
  • Experience with process mapping tools like Visio or Bizagi Modeler.
  • The ability to gather and prioritize business requirements and translate these into user stories, build an optimization roadmap and manage the backlog with the key stakeholders.
  • Focus on and passion for creating solutions that are catered towards the needs of your users/colleagues
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, doing what it takes to solve the problem independently and self-critically, always keeping in mind the areas' business objectives
  • Experience with uncertainty and working with cross-functional teams, also able to influence and drive for impact without a formal authority
  • Getting things done and challenging the status quo
  • Excellent communicator (simple, clear, logical messages) - able to adjust communication style to audience
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
