This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with Merchandise Development, Design Resources, Technology, and Marketing teams to execute, develop, and enhance processes that enable both new products and existing products to be easily findable, comparable, and inspiring. You will report to the Director of Merchandise Activation.

  • Lead subcategory and product filter updates / optimizations including ranking and naming conventions / standardization

  • Partner with Marketing on landing page experiences and tests to maximize marketing traffic and conversion, while decreasing exit rate

  • Collaborate with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive link equity - and in turn page ranking - across key areas of the Product Catalog

  • Oversee the activation of new products

  • Leverage customer insights, competitive analysis, and potential SEO implications to inform categorization, filters, naming, and product descriptions

  • Partner with Design Resources and Imagery to activate “Halo” products on site
