We are now recruiting an HR Business Partner (parental leave cover) to join the HR team at our Head Office in Stockholm.

The Role

In the role as HR Business Partner you will be working together with our HR Partner for DTC (Direct to Consumer), Payroll and People Operations Coordinator to ensure we give excellent HR support to our managers and co-workers. You will also be leading and developing our HR initiatives aiming to strengthen both our leadership and employee engagement, focused on areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Performance Management. The role is truly diverse and you will work both operationally and strategically with each of the parts.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team management of Payroll and People Operations Coordinator.
  • Drive all HR areas, including but not limited to Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Performance Management.
  • Working closely with the organization’s leaders, supporting them in all HR-related questions and coaching them to develop their leadership capabilities.
  • Labor law issues and Union negotiations.
  • Gather insights and initiate new projects to improve work relationships, productivity, engagement, and employee retention.


We’re looking for someone who:

Have experience of leading a team with a capability to motivate and develop the team to its best. You also have experience of working with unions and have an interest of IT tools and systems. To be successful in this role you are a result oriented and energetic person who is open to changes. You have a strong capability to build relationships and communicate clearly at all levels.
 

The experience you’ll bring to the role is:

  • A degree within Human Resources or corresponding.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferable in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.


The role will be located in Stockholm and you will report to CEO. This is a full time, temporary position with start in April 2022.
