The RealReal is looking for a hands-on Ad Operations Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Acquisition, this role is a key position on the Acquisition Marketing team, owning ad tech/operations for digital marketing, ensuring that programs are tagged and tracked properly. You will partner closely with numerous stakeholder teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics and others on the Acquisition team to drive a key part of our business.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Own ad serving, tag implementation, troubleshooting/QA to ensure marketing programs are launched and tracked properly
  • Maintain shopping feeds for Google, Facebook, and other partners
  • Create process and best-practice workflows to eliminate errors and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with Acquisition team and Analytics on attribution and reporting projects to understand the impact of channels
  • Provide support to channel owners on Search, Paid Social, Display, OTT, and Direct Mail

What You Bring To The Role
  • 5 - 7+ years experience in Ad Operations and Digital Marketing
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in proper campaign set-up and QA
  • Technical problem solver with an interest for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving difficult technical issues
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker to ensure ad platforms and internal data tools have reliable data for analysis
  • Knowledge of ad servers (Google Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek SAS, Flashtalking, Adform)
  • Working knowledge of SQL, basic HTML, and ad tag construction
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and maintaining shopping feeds for Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and positive self-starter who works well independently and within a team context
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have awareness and judgement to prioritize different tasks and priorities
