Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Brand Account Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team in Paris .

About the role

We are currently seeking a dynamic team player who can strongly support one of Vestiaire's most exciting projects, Brand Partnerships/ Resale as a Service. You will work with the dedicated brand partnerships team, as well as all other streams involved across the company. You will report into the Key Account Manager Luxury Brands and will be one of the first hires within the key account management team. This team takes over after the successful onboarding of a brand/ retail partner and ensures an ongoing strong relationship with the partner, as well as driving for onsite visibility and GMV.

Our vision is to strengthen our Second Hand Luxury leadership position by launching partnerships with other ecosystem players.

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Global Head of PR to set the consumer PR strategy across all global territories
  • Partner with PR leads in each territory to the execute global strategy via campaigns, owned and cross-functional PR activities
  • Identify and lead the strategic implementation of new opportunities for Vestiaire Collective that increase the brand's SOV amongst key consumer media, influencers and our community
  • Act as counsel for cross-functional partners on communications considerations and best practices that will affect matters of reputation
  • Manage and prepare interview process from key spokespersons
  • Define the dedicated and impactful PR strategy for the brand relaunch priority

Coordination
  • Cooperate with the marketing, local PR (external agencies and local marketing POC) and creative teams for more effective coordination and impact of PR initiatives.

Media ecosystem and innovation
  • Seek for brand new media platforms and partners to collaborate
  • Looking for new approaches of how to improve PR & Fashion opportunities

Data and analysis
  • Set up ambitious goals and KPIs
  • Support the team in providing analysis and building weekly and monthly activity reports based on owned and earned KPIs

Who you are
  • 5+ years relevant experience working in consumer PR, ideally at a tech company, or fashion marketplace or e-commerce business growing at scale
  • Experience working across influencer and brand marketing
  • Well-versed on the US / EU / UK media landscape, knowledge of the APAC landscape (AU, HK, SING)
  • Thoughtful, creative approach to storytelling via consumer communications
  • Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills, with ability to report PR data and analytics
  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly and flexibly to change
  • Experience in-house and at an agency a plus
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an understanding of both customer and media communication
  • Ability to write press releases and structure key messages for Executive communications
  • Knowledge in event management
  • Proactive, highly motivated, detail oriented and process driven individual with excellent numerical and communication skills
  • Passionate about second-hand fashion and sustainability: you think second-hand is the future of fashion and follow platforms and influencers involved in sustainable fashion. You have a strong knowledge have a strong knowledge of them
  • Out of the box thinking: you believe PR can't be traditional PR anymore and there are a lot of opportunities to explore. Your analysis capabilities coupled with your instinct enable you to find innovative PR mechanics and opportunities.
