The Associate, International Site Merchandising is responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and rollout of international Tory Burch sites. This candidate will assist with monthly site refreshes and regular maintenance and QA of international sites. They will also help in building out best practices and guiding principles and disseminating this information for our global site teams. This role will be a key liaison in our global ecommerce rollout, focusing on training regional teams as we launch new international sites, sharing best practices and providing ongoing guidance. This individual will collaborate with various business units (Buying, Product Management, Creative, and Marketing) to drive the brand vision and optimize the customer experience. Reports to the Sr. Associate, Site Experience.



  • Support site merchandising strategy, product set-up, regional content creation and site curation following best practices while continually defining and implementing optimizations; partner with local merchants to understand key investments
  • Leverage global assets and templates within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), load and QA all imagery and links
  • Manage seasonal assortment within SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), merchandise product grids according to brand guiding principles
  • Review product data and pricing on an ongoing basis
  • Liaise with local operational leads (Technology and OMS) to ensure accurate inventory is reflected on the site
  • Ensure copy and translation deadlines are adhered to
  • Assist with site experience data report-outs (Google Analytics, SFCC) to cross functional partners, evaluating for actionable insights and articulating plan
  • Partner with CRM on user flows and experience for targeted initiatives: Early Access to products/events, gift with purchase, etc
  • Conduct monthly reviews of competitor best practices - merchandising tactics, navigational elements, features/functions to continue to understand trends and identify areas of opportunity

  • Responsible for onboarding and training regional ecommerce associates in AEM/Demandware/Google Analytics to become self-sufficient site teams
  • Provide ongoing best practices and guiding principles to our global ecommerce teams that support brand vision and cohesive global customer experience
  • Required AM/PM flexibility for weekly calls with regional teams in Japan/China/APAC

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience working in ecommerce/site experience, with a close focus on content, site merchandising, site optimization
  • Relevant Site Merchandising experience, including loading product catalogs, managing attribution/filters, on-site search, features/functions optimizations, building seasonal shops and aligning product to content
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial with independent problem-solving skills, must be oriented toward problem resolution and improvements

    • Project management tools: Airtable, Jira & Confluence
