The Role

Lead and manage closely commercial supply partners strategy and performance at Farfetch marketplace for Mexico;

Accountable for commercial revenue in Mexico with the key objective to optimize commercial profitability and maximize the local business' potential;

Support and develop short, mid and long term strategic commercial plans, including strategies for new partnership development or products based on customer centric;

Foster relationship with global commercial team, enhancing business opportunities to Mexico create awesome relationships based on trust and positive intent.

What you'll do

Develop and implement strategic commercial plans in line with the business' overall objectives and take full accountability for all commercial operations;

Support the strategy for successful commercial performance which broadens the partner, categories and product portfolio and identifies new and innovative commercial opportunities, based on customer centric;

Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with demand and operations teams to enhance sales for each product category and partner tier segment, ensuring partners operational SLA's, monitoring profitably and engaging consumers;

Define forecast and manage key business metrics (turnover, stock, time to market, styles, sale) for Mexican partners;

Accountable for order contribution;

Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales management through partner and customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of products available to the Farfetch customers;

Manage commercial team performance, development and career;

Statutory Representative

Be the statutory representative, responsible not only to sign the local contracts with the brands, but also to represent FF MX accordingly with local government requirements;

In collaboration with Global Operations teams and Management, ensure that the Mexico business maintains effective consumer payments, fraud and compliance strategies & processes, and that risks are managed within internal and industry tolerances;

Be the primary internal and external escalation point for new and emerging local market risks, and collaborate with Global functions to ensure risks are identified, tracked and remediated in a timely manner.

Who you are

Senior B2B Sales professional, with a hunter background for new business development (5 years);

Previous experience in channel trade marketing;

Microsoft Excel (pivot table, if, vlookup);

Fluent in Spanish and English;

Strong results oriented approach; very bottom-line oriented, steadfastly pushes self and others for results;

Negotiating - can negotiate in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can settle differences with minimum noise; can win concessions without damaging relationships; gains trust quickly of others parties to negotiations;

Think outside of the box, giving inputs to be disruptive and always making courageous decisions, taking valuable risks;
