To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Talent Sourcer, Recruiting - Digital/Tech (f/m/d) based in our office in Aschheim.
We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer (f/m/d) to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Munich. In this role you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide full support in sourcing the right candidates and think of new sourcing strategies.
- Develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy for attracting international Tech talents
- Work together with the Talent Acquisition team to define candidate personas with particular focus on IT, Digital Marketing and technical related positions
- Source suitable candidates and engage with them
- Create Boolean strings and work with various sourcing channels
- Craft emails, messages, templates and think of other creative ways to engage with passive candidates
- Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding Manager to strength company awareness and improve the candidate journey
- Keep track of pre-defined sourcing metrics
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
- Previous experience (at least Internship/Working Student) with sourcing/recruiting technical talents within fast-growing companies or agency
- Able to understand Engineers jobs and engage with the best talents
- Be proactive and find solutions to continuously attract talented candidates
- Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. German would be a plus
- Strong team player and with “can-do” mentality
- Ability to effectively present our company to candidates
- Affinity and passion for the Tech industry
