Head of Buying & Disposition (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Buying & Disposition (m/f/d) to strengthen our Sourcing & Production division.

What you can expect:
  • Responsible for the strategic management of the department, incl. maintaining the company budget and streamlining costs
  • Define and develop purchasing strategies
  • Define working dynamics for buying & disposition activities to achieve defined KPIs. Ensure tight monitoring of business allocation, implementation of root cause analysis and market development anticipation
  • Establish reporting measures on relevant KPI´s to provide transparent performance tracking and correction action plans on buying and disposition strategies
  • Maintain market conditions knowledge to manage completion of contract commitments to satisfy both Gross Margin contribution, Quality and On Time Performance expectations
  • Project management / ownership in national and international projects
  • Lead and further development of the Buying & Disposition teams
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture


Your profile:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in buying and/or production coordination
  • Proven leaderships skills and willingness to approach to change, inclusiv strong ability to unite, align and lead a team
  • Previous experience in the Fashion and Luxury Industry are preferred
  • Profound understanding of buying practices and processes
  • Highly advanced project management skills and strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyse and present data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
