Team Leader Supply Operations Management (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Sourcing & Production division, we are looking for a Team Leader Supply Operations Management (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

• Create regular and ad-hoc business reporting to serve business operational and strategic needs
• Work with stakeholders to gather and validate data sources to ensure harmonized data reporting across the organization
• Build KPIs and develop existing dashboard reporting to ensure close monitoring of business performance
• Disseminate reporting information within the Sourcing organization and ensure that business performance targets are met
• Review, document and critically assess key business processes (Business Process Reengineering)
• Create documentation, manuals, and other media to ensure that critical business knowledge is readily available
• Work with Sourcing leadership and other relevant stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and topical business issues such as compliance to changing business regulations
• Assemble business presentations as required and coordinate strategic sourcing plans
• Review and monitor the integrated business plan
• Provide necessary training for new-joiners and refresh business knowledge for existing staff, particularly when processes have changed

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration or textile management (or economic apprenticeship with subsequent further education)
• At least 7 years of professional experience in procurement or in a comparable role
• Several years of leadership experience, incl. leading seniors
• Excellent project management and process engineering skills
• Strong motivation skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Distinct understanding of numbers and complex relationships as well as adaptability to new challenges
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
