We are hiring profiles across our Categories Men, Women and Specialties. You will be responsible for unlocking growth across our Partner Program business through data-driven analysis, assortment optimization and partner consultation.

  • Ownership in managing a portfolio of brands within your category and acting as their main point of contact regarding Partner Program business: regularly consult with your brands to help them achieve their growth targets and advise them on self-service analysis. Support in identifying and action-upon internationalisation opportunities
  • Develop short to mid-term strategies to drive partner's sales performance on the platform and ensure execution of strategies. Consult with Buying, Merchandising and beyond to develop a solid long term brand strategy, leveraging our platform services to help partners grow
  • Support in acquiring, onboarding and launching of new brands in the Partner Program. Supporting contract and compensation negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with our internal cross-category teams to drive automation and scalability across the organization. Support the enablement of strategic projects with new Zalando initiatives such as Sustainability, Zalando Marketing Services, Zalando Plus etc.

  • Experienced in a marketplace environment, consultancy or business development background with a passion for the e-commerce industry, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience. Expert in Excel, experienced in using databases is a plus (SQL or equivalent).
  • Analytically outstanding, you love working with figures yet taking a pragmatic approach to complex requirements and issues. On top of this you should have experience with process improvement and automation, product experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and can manage stakeholders effectively. You are fluent in English and if you speak another European language is an added advantage. You can present to various stakeholders effectively and have solid negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to a successful result. Drive cross-functional growth plans independently - from structuring and defining a roadmap, through identifying growth opportunities to translating these into sales.
