WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience working within a buying, wholesale or trading function at a retailer or brand OR with a retail technology software company on a commercial team with fashion brands as your primary customer
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret and present a range of data. You must be comfortable working independently with MS Excel/PPT in running reports and manipulating data
  • Strong communication skills, able to keep key stakeholders (internally and externally) informed and updated
  • Self starter, able to prioritise time effectively and multi task to ensure client and business needs are met quickly
  • Team player who works well under pressure and adapts to change
  • Proven commercial / business acumen
  • Strong presentation skills
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience using CRM system (eg Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience working in startups or teams where there is a focus on action and problem-solving


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define strategy for each account and develop joint growth plans to expand them across our global network
  • Build an understanding of accounts and their business objectives and execute against their success criteria
  • Deliver quarterly business and operational reviews to customers, including key business stakeholders
  • Support accounts' key business functions in maximising their TB connections, including: Acting as a key point of contact for top-tier accounts, creating roadmaps and ensuring agreed targets are met
  • Working with the operations teams to ensure successful day to day running of accounts. Identify and execute process improvements
  • Work with internal commercial and support teams to develop a suite of best practices for trading through the TB platform:
  • Leverage the product and teams to enable customer merchandising and trading teams to optimise performance
  • Work with the Product team to ensure that customers are given the tools they need to support their growth.
  • Work with internal teams to support account growth and execute plans as the strategic POC within Tradebyte
  • Ensure customers are taking advantage of TB services and product features - existing and new - and have input into future roadmaps (e.g. - Product developments)
