Vestiaire Collective is looking for a talented Intern to support the Campaigns & CRM Manager US to assist 360 campaigns and executions team, starting March 2022 in our Paris office

About the role

Reporting to the Campaigns & CRM Manager US, the intern is responsible for executing both on-site & CRM Animation campaign strategy for the US market. You will be dedicated to implementing and coordinating the required plan at a 360 level.

What you will be doing
  • Activate required action plan to meet traffic, engagement & conversion rate targets
  • Implement campaigns rigorously in the Content Management System (CMS) & in the Customer Relationship Management tools such as Braze (newsletters, push notifications & in-app)
  • Coordinate the campaigns execution across all multiple markets and devices
    • In charge of coordinating all stakeholders requests and briefs: Global team, Category Managers, Marketing and branding team, etc.
    • Follow up and liaise all briefs and requests with the Creative Factory team
    • Ensure all involved stakeholders have been informed and briefed in about campaign activities
    • Campaign testing (Q&A) across all markets and devices
  • Participate to the definition of the global/local campaigns calendar and local CRM strategies, based on campaigns performances, market trends and local strategies
  • Support in analyzing the campaigns performance: weekly & monthly reporting, follow-up & deep-dive on different topics to optimize user experience from on-site and CRM
  • Competitive benchmark & recommendations to improve our main KPIs

Who you are
  • M1/M2 degree in business with a specialization in marketing/digital marketing
  • Fluent in English with very good English writing skills. Ideally American English native speaker or have cultural knowledge about the US market
  • Ideally 1st experience in e-merchandising / CRM
  • Proactive, highly motivated, detail oriented and process driven individual with strong numerical and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also work autonomously
  • Strong adaptability skills with the ability to cope with evolving business requirements of a rapidly growing business
  • Based in Paris
