Overview

Reporting to the Head of Client Development, the Client Development Executive will be working along with the Client Development team by developing and driving the Client Relations strategy. They will work at elevating the client experience across our retail, wholesale and franchise channels by leveraging different tools, focusing on the client experience as well as driving client acquisition, retention and conversion. This role is based in our London office.

Your Mission:
  • Support the Head of Global Client Development to implement the Client Relations strategy across multiple channels and regions. The objective is to drive recruitment of high potential clients and grow our existing client base with a focus on retention and growth of VIC clients.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Global Client Development to regularly review client relations KPIs (retention, acquisition and conversion) across the key regions and help propose specific action plans to improve performance.
  • Perform client insights/ analysis and reporting alongside the CRM Manager to make business recommendations and improvements.
  • Assist in managing the budget, cost control and ensure the budgets are in line with business objectives.
  • Assist in creating in-store events/ experiences for specific stores in Europe.
  • Ensuring Client Development reporting is up to date, regularly sharing best in class practices with the wider community across commercial and communication channels.
  • Support the development of the the client gifting program globally.
  • Working cross functionally with marketing/communications and creative teams alongside the Head of Global Client Development to ensure the retail and wholesale channels have strong event concepts and ideas to implement across their respective channels to support the client development strategy.


Your Talent:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Hands on experience with assisting in growing a luxury customer base - event ideation and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Able to demonstrate a customer centric approach with a focus on quality and passion for product and service is critical.
  • Has initiative and is a creative thinker.
