We have an opportunity available due to internal progression, to lead a team that not only deliver value and service to within the business but also be integral to the success of core business operations, directly impacting our wider Gymshark family.

That is what you will be a part of!


You will be part of the System Team, who sit within the wider Tech Function which is now over 120 strong. The Systems Team touch all parts of the business but you would mainly work alongside Customer Support and Operations as key stakeholders in the system operational processes. These teams are critical as they directly impact our customer's experience.


You will lead the Systems Operational Support Team that is currently made up of 4 Sys Admins. Your role will be split between coaching and guiding your team (to be the best it can be), whilst making sure that operational systems are continually optimised and improving.


  • You will be strategic in your approach and enjoy using data to assist you in making the best decisions.
  • Enjoy managing a team from driving their learning and self-development to building relationships with them individually, through to the less glamorous tasks such as Rota management for support/on-call.
  • You will have a great eye for detail. Using this in finding and documenting common issues and then resolving them, as well as creating roadmaps alongside the Head of Systems.
  • Great at building relationships, internally with stakeholders, your peers, your team and with external stakeholders/suppliers.
  • You will have gained experience of managing IT System Operations before, this may have been developed within the context of ERP's , WMS's (Warehouse Management System) or OMS's (Order Management System) but this is not essential.
  • Knowledge of Implementing of SLA's and KPI's to showcase support delivery of systems and the team.
  • You will be immersed into operational processes to identify opportunities to reduce manual interventions into processes.
  • You will be key in standardizing processes, procedures, reporting and knowledge management both internally and externally with suppliers, building core supplier management procedures to stay aligned.

T his position w ill be hybrid in regards to working pattern with a mix of home and remote working with an expectation to be in the office around 2 days a week.
