CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

GUIMARÃES

Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people!

THE ROLE

You understand that the office is the physical manifestation of the Farfetch brand and are responsible for the daily and long-term maintenance of the high standard of luxury and innovation that it represents. Farfetch employees are your customers and your role is to amaze them. You live for Farfetch and and aim to use this this position as a launch-board into another role at Farfetch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Reporting to the Office Coordinator creating an effective and "on time" information flow;
    • You'll autonomously analyze the surrounding area and proactively propose solutions to everyday problems;
    • You'll support in the daily management of operations inherent to the proper functioning of an office: management of meeting rooms, control accesses, management of orders and mail/ courrier, management of bus capacity etc;
    • Administrative and reception support where it will provide assistance and forward visitors, as well as calls, mail, parcels and others;
    • You'll ensure the stock of "employee facilities" and the proper functioning and compliance with the cleaning plan previously agreed between Farfetch and the company providing the services;
    • Support, whenever needed, of other activities or events.
