The People Services Team is embedded in the Employment Services pillar within People Operations and as of today consists of eight teams with around 80 FTE in total. Within Employment Services we support the entire employee lifecycle for all German entities (except DE Warehouses) from 1st Level Support and People Onboarding to People Services (five teams - one per BU) and Executive Services.

This position will lead five People Services teams while supporting the broader People Ops leadership team to design and execute a progressive and efficient People Operations framework.

  • You will be accountable for the day to day performance of your area, analyse results (KPI's), needs and turn insights into action ensuring clear SLA's and KPI's align to effective and positive employee experience on all services provided
  • You will lead the People Services function across all German entities to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience within all aspects of People Operations support provided by the teams
  • You will assist to design, establish and execute scalable processes and set up the tools to prepare the organisation for growth beyond its current shape and structure
  • You will partner with the Head Business Partners (Business Engagement) and define interfaces and ways of collaboration within the broader People Ops team to improve overall employee experience
  • You will provide leadership, coaching, feedback, and recognition to all team members and lead engagement to ensure that all action planning and team objectives support the overall People Ops strategy and our business objectives

  • You have a solid background and multi-year experience from leading HR Operations, a demonstrable track record of building and optimizing scalable processes, systems, and structures in an international & fast paced environment
  • You have demonstrable experience and proven capability to lead operational teams and grow People Operations and/or HR Shared Services environments
  • You have proven credibility with leadership and P&O peers, whereby you can partner and ensure People Operations supports the business for success and high performance
  • You have the ability to manage high workloads & multiple and often conflicting priorities, both in support of the People Services team and their respective business units alongside all employees
  • You have a collaborative style and are a good team player with a strong customer focus mind-set.
  • You love working in an international atmosphere and can easily communicate in German and in English.
