  • Assist in maintaining the recovery legal ticket queue.
  • Maintain tools, systems, data and processes to support current recovery legal notification processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recovery Legal Specialist, Recovery team, Finance team and other internal stakeholders, regarding trends, processes, and documentation.

  • Merchant centric, ability to thrive in a rapid growth, fast-moving environment, a high degree of comfort with ambiguity at the same time having very strong attention to detail in a timely manner
  • Solid foundation in Shopify Payments, Shopify Capital and Shopify Plus and/or the competitor equivalent.
  • Proven experience in reviewing legal documents
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets such as Excel
