We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on office manager who is driven, a star in organising and experienced in a supporting & administrative role in the world of (fashion) retail. You will be joining our Marketing team which is responsible for all marketing initiatives across the brand, worldwide and is based at our beautiful canal side office in the center of Amsterdam.

What will you do?

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the CMO and marketing managers by organizing and coordinating office administration and processes, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

You will be the gatekeeper of the schedule of the CMO, tracking progress on KPI's and people related matters. Next to this, you will have an additional focus on brand activation activities. Some specific day -to-day responsibilities will include the below:

  • Be the right hand of the CMO, managing his schedule, organizing travel, preparing meetings and assisting him on all managerial and organization related issues
  • Support event organization in Brand Activation activities
  • Assisting with the creation of presentations to support and/or recap marketing materials and activities
  • Assisting on ad hoc requests from the direct reports of CMO (management team) in preparing and organizing priority projects
  • Manage and organize people related matters like holiday schedules and approvals, birthday celebrations, sick leave administration, onboarding activities, budget, IT supplies etc.
  • Manage and approve expenses and travel budget for the department
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of information


Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar (project) management supporting / administrative role in (fashion) retail
  • You are a real coordinator and executer with the ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities flexibly while maintaining a positive work attitude
  • Exceptional capacity to work across teams and foster relationships within the with the ability to effectively manage timelines and coordinate to deliver results
  • Quick apprehension, proactivity and a hands-on mentality with willingness to take on and over responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Experienced with all Microsoft Office programs
  • You are a great communicator and fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written; additional French is a pre
