Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented Customer Care Advisor to join our growing Customer Service team in Milan. The main part of this role will be providing comprehensive support to our existing and potential customers within the luxury fashion space.

What your day will look like

  • Provide a positive and proactive attitude responding to customer requests and complaints, including product returns and generating return authorization, invoicing issues, delivery concerns, resolve internal/external customer inquiries at the time of contact 
  • Promote excellent customer service throughout the local organization
  • Implement efficient procedures and ensure consistency in the communication flow and customer service activities
  • Coordinate collection of customer profile information, data entry and data maintenance, provide information and other assistance to Headquarter customer service and A/R teams regarding customer credit, collection issues, order

Order Management Activities: 

  • Communicate order status to Sales Channel and/or Account, monitor order to shipment flow to ensure timely shipping;
  • Shipment planning and execution: keep contact with the warehouse resolving shipment issues, manage with the shipping procedure from picking to delivery, preparation of documents, resolve eventual discrepancies, provide the customers with all the relevant information and shipping documents, monitor customers’ sales data to promote reorders and facilitate product exchanges; focus on key accounts and international department stores to ensure all the conditions and procedures are met to guarantee an efficient shipping process; provide post-shipment support and assist in research as needed for shortages, overages and other claims;
  • Provide analysis and reports to superiors on all relevant matters

What you need to succeed
